Father's Day is this Sunday! I can't believe how quickly it creeped up. Today's project I think will be most fun for kids because it involves colouring! However, adult colouring is all the rage these days. Read on for your free copy of the printable, which offers three designs, and how to make the badges.
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
You can also substitute the craft punches with scissors.
DIRECTIONS (FOR ONE BADGE):
1. Print the document on card stock paper. Choose the one you want to use (or you can colour them all, up to you!)
2. Use the 2" punch to get a clean cut around the text. You will have to trim close to the edge of the text first.
3. Cut a circle of 3" on scrapbook paper. Then use the trimmer to make two long stripes of 3/4" x 4". Cut a "v" shape along the short edge on both stripes.
4. Assemble the badge. Use the glue stick or glue runner to adhere the text on top of the 3" circle. Then attach the stripes in an upside down "v" to the back of the badge.
