DIY POM POM BUNNIES

March 21, 2017

Over the weekend, I made these cute pom pom bunnies for Easter.

I used these two pom pom makers to complete the craft.  In addition, you will also need:

TOOLS & MATERIALS:

  • White yarn

  • Felt in white, pink, purple, and black

  • Scissors

  • Hot glue gun (similar)

  • White or pink pom poms (for the tails)

DIRECTIONS (FOR ONE BUNNY):

Follow the instructions on the pom pom makers and make one of each in both sizes.  Then, hot glue the smaller pom pom on top of the other.

Free hand cut the shapes that make up the face, including the ears.  I cut two circles for the eyes, but I cut the nose in more of a triangle shape.

Hot glue the ear pieces together, then glue all the shapes to the bunny's head.  Last, glue the tail.

I think the backside is the cutest - ha!

This is also a fun kids craft, but please be mindful that the glue does get very hot and sticky.

Thanks all for taking a look today.  Happy crafting!
