Every Halloween, I enjoy putting together a little treat for each of the kids in my family. Last Halloween I made these paper bags, and this year I found the tin buckets that you see from my local dollar store and decided to fill those up with candy and goodies. In today's post, I'm also offering the fun gift tag that I made as a FREE printable! You may download yours below if you wish.
If you decide to make this project, you will need:
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Tin buckets with faces on them
White tissue paper
Candy, chocolates, and knick-knacks
Have a Spooktacular Day gift tags
White card stock
Take a sheet of tissue paper and cut it in half. Fold each sheet in half again, and stuff each bucket with one sheet.
All the tissue paper does is make the faces on the buckets pop.
Fill the buckets with all the goodies you picked out. I purchased mostly candy, some Kit Kat, funny glasses, and nail stickers for the girls.
The next thing you want to do is download the tag and print it off. You can download the PDF version from HERE.
I printed the tags on card stock for thickness. Then I cut them out.
Punch a hole where the tiny circles indicate, and attach the tags to the gifts with your choice of twine. I purchased my colourful twine from Target in their dollar spot section.
Cute? I think so. Perhaps this is the last year I do these gifts. The oldest, my niece, is going on 17! But, we'll see :)
Have a great day, friends!
