HOW TO MAKE AN ACCORDION ENVELOPE FOR VALENTINE'S
With the right tool, this project can be very quick and simple. And that tool is the We R Memory Keepers 1-2-3 punch board!
The idea of this super sweet Valentine accordion envelope is to dress it up cute, then fill it with all kinds of love notes or coupons. It can go two ways: playful and fun (for a child), or sweet and romantic. The choice is yours.
To make one too, gather all the following items:
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Double-sided Valentine card stock (mine is the "Be Mine" 12" x 12" pad by Recollections at Michaels)
Adhesive letters and sticker embellishments
Select five different patterns and trim each sheet to 5 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Follow the instructions on the punch board to make five envelopes of 3" x 3".
Seal the sides with the crafter's tape.
Tape the flap of an envelope to the back of another one. Follow this pattern until all five envelopes are attached in place.
Then dress it all up with stickers that you can either pick up from a dollar store or craft store.
Total project time: about 30 minutes.
