HOW TO MAKE 3D PAPER CLOTHESPIN CHICKS
This fun craft uses once again my favourite tools from the craft room of all: paper punches! But, you can also find one important element that makes these cheeky chicks right inside your laundry room. Once you've gathered all the items below, assembling them is pretty easy too! With kids trying this craft at home, be mindful of the use of a hot glue gun.

TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Clothespins (one per chick)
Yellow marker
Coloured card stock (including orange for the feet)
Ad Tech's permanent crafter's tape
Scissors
1" heart punch (similar)
DIRECTIONS (FOR ONE CHICK):

Colour the open end of a clothespin with the yellow marker and set aside.

Cut three large circle shapes, score down the middle, and fold in half. Then tape them together to make a three-dimensional shape.

Punch a small circle. Add a dab of hot glue to the top part of the "beak" on the clothespin and attach it to it.

Attach the body by applying hot glue to the bottom edge of the clothespin and part of the "head". Attach a googly eye too to the location shown.

Cut little orange feet. Attach to the back of the body with glue.

Last, make the tail with a heart punch and attach it to the back with more hot glue.

Cheep, cheep! This craft is perfect for upcoming Easter or any time of the year.

Total project time: about 15 minutes for one 3D paper clothespin chick.
