3D PAPER PUMPKINS (WITH FREE TEMPLATE)
This simple Fall project is once again brought to you by my super handy Silhouette CAMEO! (Though this post is not directly sponsored by them, I have found you this great deal over on Amazon.com - it also comes in slate grey and black - groovy!)
I'm also not much of a traditionalist when it comes to Fall colours. I like to add in a little splash of pink, blue, and even purple where I can. You can choose your colours for this project. But most importantly, you'll need my freebie template offered below to even get started!
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Card stock (in all the colours you like!), plus brown for the stems
Download this SVG file (if you don't have a Silhouette at the moment, you can also cut and trace from this PDF template. I've provided you with both 4" and 5" pumpkins). At this point, you can adjust the size of the pumpkins. I cut mine in all different sizes, ranging from four inches to six inches tall. Cut six in one colour for a full pumpkin, including a stem on brown card stock.
Fold all six pumpkins in half right down the middle.
Attach them piece-by-piece with double-sided tape.
Before closing it, add the stem to the top.
Once you've made a whole bunch of pumpkins, set them up wherever you like!
Total project time: about 1 hour and 15 minutes for six pumpkins.
