MAY PAPER CRAFT CHALLENGE DAY 16: SMALL PERSONALIZED NOTEBOOKS
Sure I love paper, but I am equally a notebook lover, especially these little ones that I crafted up for Day 16 of the #whcmaypaperchallenge!
Remember the ones I made way back when HERE? Well, I jotted down all my ideas and timelines for this May challenge in one of those notebooks! I have used every one in some way, and this time I changed up the design and added more paper to them, which is possible with the right stapler set (so keep on reading to find out which one!)
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Card stock (in fun patterns)
White printer paper
Letter stickers and hearts
DIRECTIONS (FOR ONE NOTEBOOK):
Trim card stock to 3" x 8" and fold lengthwise in half.
Lay four sheets of printer paper down, and trim two sets of 2 7/8" x 7 3/4". Stack them together and fold in half.
Insert the stack of paper into the folded cover and set them with the cover side up onto the staple board. After placing the magnet, make sure that no pages have shifted by turning it over and checking. You can adjust it if you have to. Select the medium stapler and add one staple to the fold, a few centimetres from the edge. Flip the notebook around and add another staple to make two.
Customize the notebook further by adding words or stickers to the covers.
Total project time: about 35 minutes for four notebooks.
