MAY PAPER CRAFT CHALLENGE DAY 12: INCHWORM BOOKMARK
Do you remember in Day 2 when we made these easy pun bookmarks? Today's inchworm bookmarks are just for the little ones!
Actually, this is the perfect kind of project to get the kids involved with. I used punches along the way, but you can cut all the shapes, which are simple enough, with scissors.
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Card stock in red, yellow, orange, blue, green, and black
Small circle punch
DIRECTIONS (FOR ONE):
Make a large circle in every colour, minus black, for the inchworm's body. Create two small ones for the antenna. For the antennas, you'll also need a thin strip of black paper cut into two 1" lengths.
Assemble the inchworm's body together with the crafter's tape in a wave-like pattern.
Create the antennas as shown.
Apply antennas to the back of the inchworm's head. Then, glue on the eyes (the crafter's tape will hold them well too!)
Total project time: about 15 minutes for two bookmarks.
