MAY PAPER CRAFT CHALLENGE DAY 6: A PRETTY CARD FOR MOM
Mother's Day is this Sunday! If you haven't yet found the perfect card for mom (personally I think the perfect card comes from making it!), try your hand at this simple and pretty card craft that she'll be sure to appreciate.

TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Card stock in pretty colours and patterns
Small letter stickers
Adhesive rhinestones
DIRECTIONS:

Create the card shape by trimming card stock to 3" x 6" and folding it in half. Use the flag punch to make a shape in a contrasting colour.

Add stickers to the flag to spell out "Mom" or "Mum".

Attach it with the crafter's tape to the card as shown.

Make the daisy flowers with the punch. I used two colours, overlapping them. Attach two pairings around the flag.

Then finish by adding a rhinestone to the centre of the flowers.

Total project time: about 7 minutes for one card.
