SIMPLE LAST MINUTE PUMPKIN CARD
One last Halloween post, then I'm hanging up my hat and moving on. Tomorrow is Halloween after all. Out of curiosity, who here actually gives gifts or cards at Halloween? My hubby used to tell me it was a, er, silly (not inserting actual word!) thing to do. But when I was growing up, maybe it was because I was the youngest child in my family, my mom always spoiled me with gifts at every holiday. I continue to, although to a lesser extent, pass that tradition onto my daughter. Plus, who can say no to a cute pumpkin card craft?!
TOOLS & MATERIALS:
A2 Kraft card and envelope pack (similar)
Orange card stock (I used textured)
Brown card stock
Use the punch to make a dozen circles on the orange paper.
Form a ring with 8 of the circles and glue in place.
Fill in the rest of the pumpkin. Then, cut a stem-like shape from the brown paper and glue it to the top. That's it!
This card would even make a thoughtful teacher's gift!
Thanks for taking a look today, friends :)
