A SIMPLE NO-MESS WAY TO DECORATE EASTER EGGS
I am excited for this year's egg hunt. Last year at this time, we were still living in our townhouse. It lacked a backyard, or much outdoor space at all. This year in our new home, with a large yard and several good hiding spots, I am hiding the eggs outside! (This may be exciting me more than it will my daughter, but we shall see.)
So I bought some plastic eggs, but of course I just had to add my special touch to them - gold glitter! However, my method was simple and no mess at all. All you need are two things: washi tape and a mini circle punch!

I found the gold washi tape at Dollarama, and the punch is Recollections (5/8 inch petite punch sold at Michaels). Punching through tape can be tricky, but it's doable. Each egg received about 10 circles. For a dozen eggs, this project took me about one hour to complete. The next step will be to fill them with treats before the big hunt!

I love them, and I hope my daughter will too!
Have you decorated eggs for Easter this year? What's your go-to method? Have a great day :)
