HALLOWEEN TREAT BAGS WITH FREE PRINTABLE
I always like to make a little something extra at Halloween for my daughter, niece and nephews. This year I decided on treat bags, which I decorated using a few tools from my craft room. I am also offering the jack-o-lantern tags shown below as a FREE printable! You can download the image at the end of this post.

TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Black treat bags
White card stock
Circle punches (I used Martha Stewart & Recollections)
Glue stick
Hole punch
Marker
Black and white baker's twine
Scissors
Small toys and candies

DIRECTIONS:
First, I punched out a few circles on the white card stock and randomly glued them to the treat bags on both the front and back. I bought the treat bags at Party City. Then I filled the bags with candies that I bought from the bulk store, and some stamps and note pads I got at Dollarama in their Halloween section.

I made the graphics for the tags and printed them on my HP printer. Then I punched them out with the Recollections 3" circle punch. I then used a hole punch to punch two holes through each bag and one through the tags. I fed baker's twine through and tied a knot.

So easy and fun!
