FALL LEAF BURLAP COASTERS
Hi friends. I hope your weekend was amazing.
It is really starting to feel like Fall here, and today I am bringing you another Fall project. This time, I made these pretty Fall leaf burlap coasters. They are super easy to make and take little time, and will make the perfect addition to a Fall tablescape, or integrated with your autumn decor. (Of course, you don't have to use them as coasters at all, but as a drop for a tea light candle, and so on.)

TOOLS & MATERIALS:
Burlap
Measuring tape or ruler
Fabric scissors
Leaf stencil
Bronze metallic Sharpie
Felt in any colour (I chose a hunter green)
Spray adhesive (like Elmer's Craft Bond)
DIRECTIONS:
Cut pieces of burlap to preferred size. My coasters are about 3.5 x 3.5 inches.
Stencil the leaf pattern in the centre of the burlap squares using the Sharpie. Cut pieces of felt, the same size as your burlap squares. Spray with adhesive and attach to burlap.
Trim off excess burlap or felt fabric, until you have a clean square.
Total time: about 5-7 minutes per coaster.

These would also make thoughtful handmade gifts. Thanksgiving is just around the corner you know... And what's nice, is that they are not perfect.
Thanks for looking here today. I hope I've inspired you once again.
